Cause: Experience has shown that this is likely to be due to frost damage. To check, please proceed as follows: Loosen the screws in the housing around the hydraulic unit. Remove housing parts (front and rear). Connect the inner hydraulic section to the tap. Open the tap. If water sprays out of a long tear along the channel flow at the rear or side of the hydraulic section, this is due to the effect of frost.
Action to take: the valve body (loosen 4 screws) must be replaced. Order and fit a new valve body as a spare part. Alternatively, send the water computer to GARDENA Service to be repaired. Please contact the GARDENA Service in case of any questions.
