The soil moisture sensor works according to an electrothermal principle.
The tip of the soil moisture sensor must be pressed firmly into the ground.
The sensor heats the fabric in the tip every 10 minutes for 7 seconds.
This process measures the cooling time:
Wet = long cooling time
Dry = short cooling time
