Forgotten your PIN code? We will be happy to help you with the decryption process. We can provide different assistance depending on whether you have registered your robotic lawnmower online or the type of documents/information you still have in your possession:
A) If you have registered your GARDENA Robotic Lawnmower, we can help you quickly. To do so, we need some information from you to make sure you are the rightful owner. Please submit the following information to us in writing (letter, fax, e-mail).
1. The serial number of your GARDENA Robotic Lawnmower. You will find this on the nameplate above the main switch on the mower.
2. The security code. You can read this yourself on the robotic lawnmower:
- Switch on the mower
- When "Input PIN" is shown, press and hold 9 for 5 seconds.
- Read the 12-digit combination of letters (security code, e.g. ABCD EFGH JKLM) and tell us what it is
3. Your full address.
Please send this information to the GARDENA Service.
Once decryption has been completed, we will send you your PIN code by post.
B) You have not registered your GARDENA Robotic Lawnmower online, but you know your product registration key:
We will be able to help you out quickly in this case too.
To do so, we need some information from you to make sure you are the rightful owner. Please submit the following information to us in writing (letter, fax, e-mail).
1. The serial number of your GARDENA Robotic Lawnmower. You will find this on the nameplate above the main switch on the mower.
2. The product registration key (Product Key): You can find this on the product registration sheet (e.g. ABCD EFGH)
3. The security code: You can read this yourself on the Robotic Lawnmower.
- Switch on the mower
- When "Enter PIN" is shown, press and hold 9 for 5 seconds.
- Read the 12-digit combination of letters (security code, e.g. ABCD EFGH JKLM) and tell us what it is
4. Your full address.
Please send this information to the GARDENA Service. Once decryption has been completed, we will send you your PIN code by post.
C) You have not registered your Robotic Lawnmower online and you do not know your product registration key:
This rarely happens, but we will be able to help you out if this is the case. To ensure that you are the legal owner, please submit the following information to us in writing (letter, fax, e-mail).
1. The serial number of your GARDENA Robotic Lawnmower. You will find this on the nameplate above the main switch on the mower.
2. The security code: You can read this yourself on the Robotic Lawnmower.
- Switch on the mower
- When "Enter PIN" is shown, press and hold 9 for 5 seconds.
- Read the 12-digit combination of letters (security code, e.g. ABCD EFGH JKLM) and tell us what it is
3. For security reasons, we will need a copy of your ID or driver’s licence
4. A copy of proof of purchase
5. Your full address.
Please send this information to the GARDENA Service. Once decryption has been completed, we will send you your PIN code by post.
D) If you are no longer able to find the product registration key (Product Key) and have not registered your GARDENA Robotic Lawnmower on our homepage and do not have proof of purchase, please contact our Service department.
