We can imagine that dirt, such as sand in the gearbox of the sprinkler, is the cause of the lack of rotation.
We therefore recommend that you push the sprinkler back into the shaft during operation. Please repeat this process at least 5 - 10 times to flush the gearbox. We also ask you to check whether there are any grooves or scratches on the sprinkler plunger. If these are present, please remove them with fine sandpaper.
If this is not the cause of the fault, we recommend replacing the sprinkler insert. In the event of a warranty claim, please send a short video and a photo of the proof of purchase to your local GARDENA Service.
