For good reasons, we do not offer spare parts for the inner workings of the submersible pressure pump. In the event of a repair, we would also replace the entire pump, as a repair is neither economically viable nor is there a long-term prospect of success.
When repairing submersible pressure pumps, in addition to the electrical test in accordance with DIN VDE 702, a leak test is required after opening the electrical area. It must be proven that even with the maximum permissible immersion depth of the submersible pump, no water can penetrate into the electrical area, even after long periods of time.
For these reasons and for the safety of our customers, we do not carry out any repairs in the electrical area of submersible pumps. We strongly recommend that you do not carry out such repairs yourself. Even a single electric shock can cost lives.
