Please check if the soil analysis is activated? You can activate the soil analysis in your Gardena smart app under the tab Overview>Sensor> Soil analysis.
Note:
Please note that the soil analysis can take up to 24 hours and there is no feedback if the analysis is successful.
If an error message appears again within the next 24 hours, we recommend that you reset your smart device to the factory settings once:
- Please delete the device from the smart app.
- Remove the cover for the battery compartment.
- Press the battery cap, which holds the batteries in place, down for approx. 10 seconds.
- The connection LED starts flashing green again.
- Connect the device to the smart app again.
We also ask you to restart your gateway by plugging it in and out once. After you have reconnected the sensor, it is now necessary to carry out the entire planting process again, as described in the GARDENA smart APP under Planting instructions. Then start the soil analysis again.
