If it is not possible to wake up your smart device(s) from hibernation, we have the following recommendations for you:
1. please restart the gateway.
o Disconnect the gateway from the power supply, wait a short moment and reconnect it.
o Wait until the gateway is ready for operation again. This can be recognized when the left and right LEDs on the device light up green continuously.
2. check whether the affected smart device has power.
o Robot lawn mower:
> Check whether the device is switched on via the main switch.
o smart Water Control and sensor:
> Check the battery level. Change the batteries if necessary.
o Pump, socket:
> Check whether these devices are connected to the socket and whether it also has power (fuse).
3. if the smart product still cannot be woken up, remove the affected product from the smart system once and reconnect it.
o To do this, open the GARDENA smart app
o Navigate to the affected integrated product
o Remove the product from the app
o Integrate the product again.
